All sales are final, there will be no refunds or credits unless your item falls under our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) agreement. 

Cancelled orders and Dead On Arrival (DOA) orders will be given store credit. Short stock animals from inventory will be given a refund. If a refund is given to a cancelled order, which is strictly at our discretion, a 15% processing fee will be withheld. We have processing fees and other expenses which are not refunded to us when we refund your order. We may require proof of extraordinary circumstances to approve your cancelled order refund. Deposits are non refundable. 

Orders shipped via UPS Overnight- Live Animals Guarantee, that arrive with dead on arrival will be credited for the cost of the animal/animals that arrive dead if Live Arrival Guarantee conditions are met. The shipping charge will not be refunded in event of DOA. Delivery must not be delayed to be subject to our Live Arrival Guarantee. Any delays or accidents caused by the shipping courier are out of our control.

Live and visibly healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 35° – 89°F for home delivery and 32F° – 99F° for having the animal shipped to a UPS Facility for pick up. We will still guarantee the animal if you opt to have the package held at a UPS for pick up, however, the animal must be picked up within 1 hour of the Center opening time or all guarantees are void. We can also hold the animal(s) at our facility until temperatures are safe for shipping.

 Any shipment routing changes on the part of the customer will result in voiding our live arrival guarantee.

 DOA's need to be reported to us within 60 minutes of delivery, with clear pictures of the dead animals. Only overnight orders are covered under our Live Arrival Policy. No other shipping method guarantees live arrival. While USPS priority and 2-Day is generally safe and DOAs are rare, we highly advise choosing Overnight delivery. Incorrect orders are subject to full or partial refund minus shipping costs, if we are contacted within 4 hours of arrival.

If an item falls under our LAG agreement, the item will be replaced if available or a credit will be issued less the shipping cost. Shipping costs are not reflected in our LAG agreement and will not be refunded. If a replacement order is sent out, the customer will be responsible for replacement shipping costs. We will only refund items that are in short stock. DOA's will be given store credit.

Reptiles and amphibians MUST be shipped overnight via UPS. If your order includes reptiles and you don't choose this option initially at checkout, you will be required to pay the difference in shipping for overnight shipping before your order will be shipped.

We do not have any order minimums. Orders of any size will be accepted.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase venomous and dangerous species of animals. By ordering, you acknowledge that you have met the minimum age criteria for your order.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns.
