Politique d’expédition

 

We only ship live animals in the United States. Orders from outside of the United States will not be accepted for live animals, there may be exceptions for fossils and dead specimens.

All orders are that require them will automatically be sent out with heat packs/cold packs, and or insulation. 

Live Priority orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed before 4:30 PM MST will be shipped out same day, weather permitting. Live Overnight UPS orders are generally shipped same day or next day, Monday through Thursday. If you need your order shipped on a specific date, or outside of those days please contact us or leave a note in your order.

Live USPS Priority orders are not subject to live arrival guarantee. Overnight orders are covered under live arrival guarantee, if DOA conditions are met (Refer to the Terms of Service for DOA conditions).
